i've been playing it as much as possible, review should be done next week!

i won't give it away, but it's pretty good. there's a demo out right now for you to give it a shot, it's buggy, but i can see it being REALLY exceptional in a few months!

smokie and i have been playing it together, and it'd be great to play with a bunch of people on TS!

just got this game, seems very complex, need some more time to get used to it. Can we arrange a time and day to all be online together? It would be great to all meet up either on t.s. or with the games own chat channel.

Are people going to play this if I buy it? It seems that past 5 games I've bought to play on SCUM servers have been a flop a week later (with the exception of COD4)

the game is still a bit buggy and its not a "jump in n frag" sort of game. You can run around on your own, but teamplay greatly enhances your chance of winning. A squad of 4 would be very cool, a medic, an anti-tank, a sniper etc. Overall its quite detailed, you can hear and see bullets kicking up around you, you know when you have been spotted, and you "know" that was a close one when it whistled past your head. Lots of things need doing, mobile hq needs to be near action [spawn point] ammo needs to be supplied, vehicles need to be repaired or even recovered, airstrikes and arty called in etc. Heli`s are a bit strange to fly, not tried a plane yet. Most servers run coop against AI, the AI is good, but i cant wait to be in action against real players. One or two servers i have been on are very slick, they all spawn at the right place, shoot the crap outta everything, do the missions, and call for evac to next battle, its cool. :eh?:
