Never like the first one but this could be fun.

No PC version so no dedicated server :(

interesting they didn't incorporate an over the internet option for game play with 2 people rather than requiring two peeps to "sit on the couch together". He said that like 20 times...

More and more games are adding offline CO OP play as its less time consuming to code than online.

less time = low costs as you don't have to pay a developer to sit their arse in a chair and write and debug. Shame really.

Actually,i think it also has to do with the design of the game itself...The game has been built from the ground up to play with 2 players ,be they Human or A.I,trying to get that to work in multiplayer would create a shit load of problems from balance,flow and mechanic.

I wouldn't worry too much about it unless something like the Battlefield series decided to go that way then it may start to become the norm instead of the exception.
