CUSTOM MAPS - AWE server! GET THEM HERE!

Ok, so until we get the proper maps section sorted, heres a temp solution, i have uploaded the maps we are currently running on the AWE POWER server. please download the maps and extract them to you Call of duty Custommaps folder.

Directions...

> Download the files below
> Extract the folder from the archived file with WinRAR or alternate decompression software to your Desktop
> then copy and paste the map folder into your custommaps folder!
Usually placed here > C:\Program Files\Activision

NOTE: if the custommaps folder is not there please create it!

Its up to you lot if you want the awe server to succeed,more maps more variety,there are not many custom maps servers out there,lets try and make this one one of the most popular.

JUST TRYING TO SELECT THE NICE ONES THAT HAVE BEEN UPOLOADED ALREADY TO THE SERVER AS IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO UPLOAD NEW ONES.

ok, u can be in charge of custom maps then m8, once uploaded to the server can u upload them to an external hosting site so we can all download them manually? i have a good one if ur needing one!

I have added a few more to the server,they were already on,but i have found that multiply seem to be the fastest to download from through the server,i get 1.1 meg per sec which is about 70% of my speed.

Can you make the first post a list with all the maps being used? then i dont end up downloading random ones that arent being used. Ta

Some of the old BF maps are really cool. and I believe i played on a CS:Source type map too? Really cool! Good job guys!

The maplist has been finalised now,now some suggestions about what modes would work well with em.
