nope,all this windows live shite,infact as less and less games are gettin released for the pc i could see in the next 2 years that dedicated servers will be a thing of the past as most games are going the way of the publisher running the servers now.

If that happens, it will kill the PC gaming manufacturing industry, a multi-billion cash industry. I don't see that happening. Perhaps a fight between the Taiwanese Mafia versus the Japanese Mafia is in the near future!?

Well the pc devs are pissed off at the amount of piracy in the pc market,they see it as "whats the point spending millions on a game just for people to pirate it"?

At the moment the ps3 cant play copied games so if a game sell 3 million that generates shitloads for the publisher and dev.

And the quality of the games is improving all the time,trust me,the console world will catch up with the pc market even now its laggin behind in terms of games available and that user base is getting smaller and smaller mainly because of cost and availability of games. you can buy a ps3 or x360 for the price of a mid range gfx card and thats what the console industry is aware of.

Look for example at GTA4,biggest media opening ever $500 million in its first weekend,no movie has ever done that...GTA4 has changed everything even though i dont think it is "next Gen" people just look at the numbers,unless the pc manufactures bring prices down radically it could be the end of them in terms of gaming machines.

E3 has shown the increase in console gaming now.


one thing though...i hate the unreal engine..it makes everything look so brown..even the pc version of gears of war looked bland with all the washed out colours.

Now if they could do Gears of war with the Crysis engine,that would look stunning.
