I want one but my misses would kill me.

Although i am build ing a ne w rig gonna stick with my 4850 x 2 for a bit.

Hey McPhil any ideas was gonna go for i7 920 D0

Why do you want an i7-920? Those are over a year old now!

The hot moving CPUs right now are the LGA-1156 Core-i7s and Core-i5s. People are asking for D0 and X0 FPO number and overclocking them with after market air-cooling. LGA-1366 are a bit prices if you consider the board and the triple-channel memory (more sticks). Triple-channel not performing better than dual channel mem on the LGA-1156 boards. AMDs hexa-core are pretty good at OC too!

Lot's of options now and will be lots of options later. No rush.
