What do people think of this?

Looking for a laptop to replace the desktop as I need on the move communication to the internetz world but also something I can downgrade to XP and get on DC as well as all the latest and greatest games etc.
Unless Mcphil you have somehting up your sleeve? XP Based laptop that I can game on, photoshop etc. as well as record some guitars/vocals on, £500/$1000 limit.
