Missing Actions tab in the Actions menu Photoshop CS4

I'm trying to record a batch protocol for images in Photoshop CS4 so I don't have to remember all the details of formatting images over and over again. I should be able to record an Action for resizing images, but I have a problem. My Actions tab menu item is missing...

I've search adobe help website and have done general searches on the web for about 30 minutes and I'm not finding anything.

For all you Photoshop users, how can I find my Actions tab?

huh weird. For all these problems I get with PS in the past I've usually just re-installed and it's fixed it.

try clickingon the windows tab at the top of PS, then click on Actions! (or just press Alt+F9)

Haha if anything is missing then just check the windows menu in photoshop! It's also fun to see which each of the windows are so you get a better view of what you can accomplish.

lol yeah m8 that's usually my method of fixing a problem, just reinstall. fortunately all this problem takes is a 2 second fix as opposed to a 30 min installation of the CS4 suite lol
