Postby dadof3 » 14 Mar 2009, 02:56

I had a friend of mine paint some stripes one it while home on leave and I put some Thumpr cams in it a week ago.

Do you have stock headers on that or what headers did you put on? That sounds amazing.

Thanks guys, actually the only thing I did to the exhaust was put a different midpipe on it. Off road prochamber to be exact. On a different note I had a few good games on the COD4 server today. Would've played longer but had company stop over.

Schweeet Deathwish, my car can't hold a chance against a 67 Shelby. I wish Ford still offered a big block. I don't care if gas was $10.00 a gal my car would have one. I did have a 68 fastback when I was younger and a 64 1/2 coupe. From experience the new ones can drive circles around the older ones, straight off the showroom floor that is. They finally replaced the old leaf spring rear with coil springs and the ride is really good. It can take corners pretty fast but it ain't no corvette. I'm going for a mix of drag racing/high performance street car and I think I'm about there. Still considering lowering it an inch and putting aftermarket wheels on it. That may take many tax returns and or stimulis checks

envious dad so envious. You have to be really mad to get one over here with gas still around $1.40 per litre.

But if I had the money to get me a 67/8 I like you would pay anything just to hear that crisp grumble of the engine :)
