Malfunction my ass. This is a massive conspiracy to hide exactly how much damage is actually there. How many satellites a year are launched into space by crack-pot third-world countries and the leading authority on space and space innovation can't put a basic science satellite in orbit. I realise they call it the Orbiting Carbon Observatory but if you read exactly what it does, you'll see it's similar to a symport probe which is pretty damn basic. Somebody didn't want that satellite up there and it was taken out. Can anyone say China, the world's leading authority on carbon emissions due to massive growth in the manufacturing segment within the last ten years?

Let's count the months until they retry it...
