Dear Pandora Visitor,

We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S.

I used to use this a lot almost 2 years back but the previous summer they blocked non-US due to Copyright Royalty Board ruling on internet radios ::)

I'd also love to use Hulu...

You used to be able to use Pandora outside of the US by just whacking a US postal code number in the appropriate box. Handily, 12345, happened to work! Are they just filtering by IP now?

I always use 90210

Evidently they are filtering by top level DNS and IP...
