Perm Banned

Hiya I have just been Perm Banned from your sever and to be honest I'm quite confused as to why?
I jumped onto TS and spoke to Blackout and was informed the ban was for hacking, and issued by Speedy (i think) because I shot him with one bullet through smoke.
I don't actually remember making the shot, but if I hit you with one bullet then it was a lucky shot, as if any of you have watched me play i don't shoot just one bullet I spay the area till man goes down. I can never remember the names of the maps but we were playing the one thats a long street on a hill. My team were heading up the hill and I was using the left side behind the 2 storey buliding and when I was banned I was upstairs in the 2 storey. I was shooting across the street at the broken wall, the doorway behind it and the boxes that you can stand on to shoot across to people running behind the building I was in. I was also shooting at the door across the street up the little alleyway. Could I see everyone I was shooting at ? no i couldnt but I could see where the bullets were coming from also with UAV could see where people where heading/coming from, and spraying through the walls with The RPD or M60E4 I had picked up. My normal weapon of choice is the G36C I use that every game with stopping power, deep impact and 2 tubes.
Just to add to this I never fire only one shot unless I on rare occassion use a G3 on creek. I have only been playing on your server for a short time and I keep coming back becuase of the fair play and cheat free environment. Not once has anyone accussed me of cheating or breaking rules ( well ok one I jumped out of react more than anything). To add to that I do on a regular basis come out with top score when playing your servers at times double the score of anyone else, and no one has even mentioned that I play unfair.
Anyways I don't know what else to say really, apart from that I hope you realise that lucky shots do happen and that I am in no way a cheat !!!
