Anyone else try this out? I've been playing for a few months now and LOVE it.

But they're coming out with a new expansion called the "Empyrean Age" which seems to focus more on the PvP aspect, but they appear to have added more agents (FINALLY).

So, if you got it, post yer names.

But then again i got,GTA4 to play,not really into it,not the giant step up i thought it was gonna be,Metal Gear 4/Online,June 12th ..YAY !!,Still got Race drive:grid and Mass Effect to install...sooo many titles ,so little time !

yeah, i'm with Speedy on this one. I tend to avoid games rated to be addictive. I'd fall in and never come out. I don't like single player stuff either. I like having a laugh with my mates online with something we all can have a go at.

Played EVE for the 14-day trial Easter 2004 and really liked it, exams came up and new i would never pass with EVE in my life so stopped. Then i re-opened my account in Feb and played for a few months then exams came up again and stopped, shall be back on once i get a regular income. Name is Suliot!

PVP'ing and corporations offer a good method of playing eve with your mates, theres quite a few things you can all do together, you all can get together online join a corp together or start a new one, where you can all take the mining path, the PVP path, research and share the profits, say one person does ships, one turrets and rockets and someone else amunition, do missions together have a laugh and you can rule your own section of space (providing it's lower than 0.5 security otherwise u can't shoot other players without permission from concord. I joined a corp and went on missions with the corp mates on missions higher than i had agents for an thoroughly enjoyed myself. There is roughly the same amount of co-operation required in eve corps as in guilds in Warcraft (Must admit am slightly biased as i never played warcraft, but from my experience with EVE and what people say about Warcraft its just a different setting thats all.

Just thought i'd mention that teamwork and playing with your Friends on EVE can be fun.

Just to mention, I've got the free trial again. Playing only because my real life friends are into it. I think I'm able to keep it balanced with real life though.

Once i get money sorted out i shall be back on for a bit, seems i play for a bit, take a break, play for a bit, break, play for a bit etc ect. Works well for me as i dnt have much of a life during the times im playing, i like to do missions which take an hour, then salvage and loot mission wrecks for another hour and also spend a few hours mining, got to a point where i can get a few mil isks in just a couple of hours.

Whats your skill levels Speedy? We could do some mission running or mining at some point when im back on? My character is called Suliot look me up, should be able to check out my main stats

Very low m8, just started. I'm more into scouting out people fighting, then I loot their wrecks afterwards. The other day I made 50,000 ISK just from stealing off people That paid for a bigger ship
