17 September, 2009 - New ATI Radeon™ HD 5800 Series Graphic Processors Launch

ATI AMD announced today that the ATI HD 5800 Series is the ultimate visual experience. Product specifications are to be released on 23/09/2009. Key features are listed as:

- ATI Eyefinity mutli-display technology
- ATI Stream Technology
- DirectX 11 Support
- MS Windows 7 compatibility.

You need stupid vista to benifit from DX10+. I'm sure vista is good but I don't like change :lol:

I think I am going to have to invest in a new pc sooner or later. Only thing worth saving is the raptors ::)

Vista is going to be dumped faster than a 61 year old whore by Microsoft. If you're still on XP, I'd just do the full version upgrade to Windows 7 and get a new DX11 compliant video card. Now need for a complete new kit in most situations except for Herbs and Leroy cause YOU'RE OLD! :lol:
