Random banter...Any one does martial arts?

Hey guys, its theboss. Random question for you guys... does any of u practice martial arts? I am just asking to know u soldiers better...lol. I been practicing the arts for nine years and was wondering if there is anyone else how practices.

Done a bit of boxing training about 10 yrs ago and more recently kick boxing. Been too lazy at the mo to carry it on but its a good crack and get you super fit if you stick at it.
Only ever did the training as I have an aversion to being hit in the face

Yes. I don't compete anymore. I only teach at the uni now. 17 years of fighting takes a toll on your body. The demo team I'm on, we still put on a show at the uni theatre every year for about 8,000 people in the community. Always fun to have a goal while training. My goal is to not break myself. If I can do that, then I'm doing well.
