John McCain has called all republicans to block the health care bill.
The only way to get it through now is to go Reconciliation. He's one of best descriptions of reconciliation:

We had 60 democratic senator super-majority. Now we only have 59. To go reconciliation we only need 51 Aye votes.
I just just a letter from my health insurance company declining me for coverage on some medication my doctor prescribed me. That's it. I have to go back to the doctor and ask her for something else the insurance company will pay for or I have to pay for the meds out of my pocket (at $700 a dose ain't gonna happen...). Could really use some health care about now.

Sarah Palin has been attacking the NHS a lot in the media lately. It's embarrassing. Stephen Hawking stepped in to tell her to shut it. I'd love to have something similar to the NHS here. So would 73% of others...
