So give me the cliff notes on what's going on... sounds like some sort of internal labour party coup ???

How did the elections turn out?

Labour has imploded. Half the cabinet have quit.

Labour rebels want Gorden to step down (and most of the country!)

It all mainly kicked off when the mp's expenses were revealed. Showing that they were totally milking the system.

Local results should be today. Euro results sunday.

Amazing that UKIP have got a large gain even though Farrage has got 2 million euro expenses and employs his wife 8|

Also, 2 of their 12 are under investigation for some funky stuff and one of those has actually spent nearly all of his term in jail!

conservatives done pretty well in the locals considering they have been milking the system just as much, if not more!

Ricky Tomlinson almost convinced me of voting Socialist Labour - you need a nice mix - can't have a democracy without nutters!

Just reading about all this on the news sites this morning. Are these labour people stepping down because they don't agree with Brown or are they stepping down because their fingers are in the laundering jar as well?

bit of both but mainly because they think brown is a twat!
