I have sat here for hours now, i have tried absolutely everything and my balls are blue in colour!!

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your support request.
Unfortunately, since you did not purchase your testicle set from us, we are unable to provide support for them at this time.
Since you did purchase your DVD drive from us, I am happy to supply support for this product. The DVD drive user's manual clearly states on page three subsection 5 to only place manufacturer approved CD and DVD media in the drive tray. Non-manufacturer approved items consist of mini-disks, blu-ray, toshiba media, weed and testicles. The manufacturer recommends if a non-manufacter approved item is placed into the drive you must remove the drive, heat it on a stove top to 230 degree C for up to ten minutes and attempt to open the drive with a screw driver. If the drive tray does not open in this manner, the manufacturer states you will need to take the drive to an approved drive service center. Please phone the manufacturer directly for an approved extraction service center.

Many thanks for you reply, i have heated the drive to said temperature... my balls are no longer blue but more of a scorched red. The screwdriver didnt help one bit, my testicles are now pierced and look like a tribal offering from National Geographic.
After ring the manufacturer they have suggested i mail the drive back to them.. complete with love spuds
