Was doing better tonight even finished a couple of games with a positive k/d
Im not sure about the game at the mo, it hasnt got a solid feel to it like Call of Duty, plenty of bugs about and i think my GPU is struggling on Medium settings, this link doesnt help and mine is a GTX 260 lol

Im not sure if i like the game to get a better card yet, maybe once i get in a plane and lagout that will do it

Hang in there mate this beta code is a month old hopefully fingers crossed they have ironed out all the bugs.
The currently on-going beta testing of Battlefield 3 has proven to be massively successful for EA and DICE. In the second beta update on the series official blog, general manager Karl-Magnus Troedsson says that DICE is seeing “6 times the number of simultaneous players in the Battlefield 3 Open Beta compared to the Beta for Battlefield: Bad Company 2!” The public beta kicked off less than a week ago. To give some comparison, the Bad Company 2 sampler early last year was downloaded 2 million times in its first 5 days of availability. The blog post also reiterates that the main purpose for the beta is to stress test the servers and backend, and that the game on show is based over a month old code, so bugs are to be expected; “the code you are now playing is actually quite early and not representative of the final game.” “The final game will look, play and sound better than the Open Beta. You have helped making sure of that.”

yea I'm running a single 5770 1GB with everything on ultra and I haven't had any problems, though they did release a driver for the beta to give up to %30 more power on ATI cards
