Vigil Games is an Austin, Texas based game development company owned by THQ. It was formed by comic artist Joe Madureira and David Adams. Joe Madureira (often called Joe Mad), is a comic book writer/artist and game developer, best known for his work on Marvel Comics' Uncanny X-Men and his creator-owned comic book Battle Chasers. David L. Adams, is an American video game designer best known for his work on Darksiders: Wrath of War and Warhammer 40k Online as the general manager and co-owner of Vigil Games.
